Hyderabad property lawyers - spa

Hi,

I am buying property from my 6 cousins (1 Grandmother, her 4 sons & 1 daughter)- who own the same property in Hyderabad. As they all can't travel to Hyd to execute sale deed, we agreed & chose to follow SPA method. My eldest brother will be given POA to execute sale for the said property in Hyd in my favour.

Issue is that all my 6 cousins who are legal heirs of the said property are unable to crack 1 particular time slot to visit a SRO in Mumbai to get the SPA registered, as they all have different office timing.

Is it accepted in Hyd SRO, if each individual (6 cousins) go to SRO (Mumbai) in their individual's convenient time & do the registration & send me 6 SPA papers nominating the same person for POA to execute sale at Hyd.
