Milk adulteration

There is a milkman in my town Ranchi(Jharkhand), he has two cows and is constantly engaged in adultrating milk. Although his cow`s gives around say 10 litres of milk he delivers around 30-35 (twice a day) to all his consumers by mixing water and some kind of powder. Recently a 4 year old child of my maid nearly escaped death due to his milk. Can anyone please suggest me how to teach this guy some lesson. Please note that my maid got her son treated from a private doc. near her home and she dosent have any medical papers or such.

Every milkman in every town does so. PFA is weak offences are bailable. If you cn manage daily raid on this man there will be N number of cases against him and will be crushed under advocate fees. But authorities will not cooperate with you.
Now your maid'schild fell sick the matter can be more than PFA, it can be filed under IPC also. But you maid will soon compromise with him for a petty sum and you will prove yourself to be laughing stock. (may be even charg with misusuing poor maid to settle personal score).

These days one has to be thankful to milkman who is adulterating water only and risking being caught under PFA.
Some of them are selling caustic made milk which silently attcks every system of body.

You cannot do so, every where cheating, corruption. You cannot change the system. In India it has gone beyond itz limit.
