Non partition property deal

Dear Sirs
I writing this from Tamilnadu state- We are having common ancester properties in which the same will be shared in between 3 persons.
One of the person was died in June-2012 also his 50%portion of property were written in will that goes to his only son.
Now the son of that person is not co-operating with us for further process.
In this regard my query is
1. Since 50% of the property comes to us how we proceed with it and what are all the steps that can be taken for.
Your kind valuable advise in this regard is expected please

i understand that that is ancestor property and shared between 3 Is the property are made partition and changed the title to them?
If then the children of that deceased is full legal right on his own

YOu can file the suit for partition of the property.
