Need urgent legal advice to save a life..

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received an email from Ms. Yojna Rai 3 days ago. She needs legal advice on urgent basis. She has mentioned her problem as given below:-
"I have received a call from a bank asking to pay my dues. they are calling me after almost 6yrs now, took the loan when I was in Delhi, and I am not in the condition to pay back at the moment. I am now in my hometown and my parents don't know abt the loan. They will kill me if they come to know. I took the loan when I was married but now we are not together. Bank official are ready to settle for 92000/- but I am penny less. I have been given a date by when I should make the payment or/else they will take me to court. Its by 25th July.. Please help me!! I feel like dying"
I am unable to solve her problem. Kindly suggest a better solution to her so that she can relax and live happier life.

was it a personal loan? if no suit filed nor any payments for 6 years claim would be barred by limitation

Yaa..personal loan. No re-payment made till date. Please suggest appropriate solution.

the limitation will be revived if she admits liability to pay or for settlement even on telephone.
She appears to have done so

send a letter denying your liablity to make payment . mention that claim appears yto be barred by limnitation as no payment is made nor any acknowledgement of liablity made .
