on 29.01.2012 i have lost my mother as she committed suicide by hanging herself due to the torture of my father and his sisters which the suicidal note has noticed us and as such i have complained against them in the police station.and now my father has got the bail from the learned court. after he got bail now he is trying to sell the property as e revenge to deprive me and my brother who is studing and also to escape from the law.
can you please suggest me some remedy for this so that he cant able to sold the property till the pendency of the suit

in whose name is the property? if it is self acquired property of father he can sell it . no stay will be granted

If the property belongs to him then you could do nothing.
Else file suit for declaration and injunction if the same belongs to your mother.

no sir my father has inherited this property from my grand father after his death and before my birth. it is also to mention that my father has taken a house building loan from lici and whereas my mother was the co- borrower to that said property.
then also cant i able to claim any relief from this dispute.

File suit for injunction, STAY restraining your father from selling and throwing on street, making homeless.
In Ancestral property, you hv right.
