Please don't mind, the query seems as if raised by some layman, not an advocate, while you are a practising advocate.

When you have not statedvwhether you are the accused or defendant in the case and how the case could happen to come in the State Commision for decision, how you can expect appropriate solution to your academic type of question?

Please state what do you mean by the term "directly"?
