Builder not following dtpc notification..

We had booked floor in Ansal Gurgaon . DTCP Haryana has reduced EDC . Builders like Emmar , Ireo , Spire , Raheja , Vipul , Orris etc. have either sent refund or agreed to adjust reduction in EDC / IDC in future demands .We have contacted Ansal API thru mail / phone & they have no plan to reduce it.
Please let me know options available for me now ?
