Employment details of spouse

Is there a provision in law to get the employment details of spouse to fight 498A, DV and maintenance cases? if yes, please let me know

It depends upon case to case whether such information is relevant or not and if the same is though to be relevant then the same can be got obtained through various means.

Unless her income is taxable,she might not be filing any return.

If you personally know where she is employed
but do not know her income and employer refuses to give you details,you can apply to the court to summon those records proving her employment and salary either in her custody or in custody of employer.
