Dear Team,

Please explain in simple english the below order:

The delay in filing the application for recalling the order dated 25.03.2011 is condoned and the order dated 25.03.2011 is recalled and the appeal is restored to file.
Accordingly, I.A's I/2011 and II/2011 are allowed.

you must have taken out application for condoning delay . court has allowed your application .

Not only your applications have been allowed but the order against which you had filed the appeal has also been set aside and the case has been fixed in the same proceeding wherein you desired.
