Pls bring to my knowledge as below.
a) plot area say 1. TDR is 1.
b) Fungible FSI .35
c) Compansatory FSI .35
d) TDR will be 1 + 0.35 +0.35 = 1.70
TTL = 2.70
I would like to know that the premium will be charged on 1.35 (TDR) or on total 1.70
Pls correct me if I am wrong.
