Complaint lodged and police taken action

Dear Sir (s),
Kindly suggest that, husbnad had already filed a complaint before police station about the money extortion by arranging antisocial person from wife side and one copy is also forwarded to SP after some time when police station not taken action but after follow up from SP office, police station came to investigate in my resident about the incidents that antisocial person had given several thretening and taken singnature of husbnad showing revolver on the head of husbnad in which action wife's elder sister's husbnad was also involved mainly.
Now, after filing of above GD, wife filed 498a and other cases in veiw of pressure on husbnad in which main witness is her elder sister's husbnad who has mainly arranged antisocial person on husbnad.
Sir, kindly give your valuable suggestion so that husbnad can safe himself that:-
1.what to be taken support from police in this investigation on GD filed by husbnad before filing of 498a by wife as police investigate the place of incidents and local people said all the incidents in favour of husband.
2. police is saying that report will be given in favour of husbnad as they understood the actual gunda gardhi from the side of wife and wife's in laws.
3. sir, what type of reporting will be done by police on complaint filed by husbnad.
4. if police is giving the reoprt then, this report will help in getting anticipatory bail of husbnad in 498a and making proof all allegation as false.
kindly suggest as early as early as possible.

Dear Ajay Sir,
it is very interesting point that police started investigation after 12 month of ffiling complaint. husbnad was in wait due to pending of AB in session court in other state.
