land mafia opened bank account in the name of arya samaj with address of plot which is donated by our our family for education purpose only under proper gift deed. in the name of the trust. Can I get the information and documents under rti from bank i know the bank account number, if i write them about the complete case with documents.

Section 11 of the RTI Act attracts here.which relates to the third party.

It would be better to file complaint at bank and also copy to head office of the bank to get fruitful result.

even section 8 is attracted as it is an information under fiduciary capacity and disclosure will be undue invasion of privacy.
