Through one bank my father got a loan for business that is now NPA and i got job offer from that bank, my question is whether bank is allowed to deduct loan amount from my salary or not.

If you are not the guarantor in the case, the bank cannot deduct even a single penny out of your salary due from bank.

If not a guarantor, your position is safe. The bank can recover only from your father or his guarantor.

Though legally you are not liable for the loan but morally this is your duty to keep your and your family record proper in the bank wherein you are working. Try to clear the arrears of the loan by getting OTS.
