Dear sir,
I have a query.
1)Phani is applicable for agricultural land or it is applicable to DC converted land also
2)Once this agricultural land is converted to DC then also we have to refer phani

R.T.C is prepared both agricultural as well as non agricultural land. After DC conversion land is assessed for non agricultural use

I am planning to buy a site in bangalore.
The Land was agricultural land and it was under the names of mahesh , venkatesh and in the phani mahesh , venkatesh names are appearing.
Mahesh , venkatesh have applied for DC conversion ( The agricultural land to DC conversion).
After converting agricultural land to DC Conversion. Mahesh , venkatesh have sold the DC converted land to Ramesh .
My query is,In phani whether Ramesh name should appear OR Mahesh, venkatesh name should appear.
