I have applied for free hold in dda and it will take 3 months for the same. Now i want to sell off my dda flat.i am the poa of the flat and i have purchased this flat The allottee and gpa and agreement to sell is registered. Kindly explain how should i sell it as the freehold conversion is pending.??????

Just check whether before getting certificate of freehold you can transfer the flat or not. Id yes then go ahead with a sale agreement followed by sale deed. I believe DDA will have to be made a party if you have not received a registered sale deed as yet.

wait for 3 months. once freehold conversion is allowed you will get better market rate for your property.

Proceeding at this stage would create complications and time taken may increase in maturing the deal, better wait till flat is freehold and proceed afterwards.

I agree with Expert PS Dhingra ji, sometime such problem of slow LCI server has been faced by us also.

LCi server is too slow . it takes ages for answers to be loaded . administration should take some action .
