Stamp duty refund

If document(sale deed) is registered and subsequently cancelled. In the above case, can stamp duty & registration fees refund be claimed or allowed ?

no, stamp duty once paid and used in registration of a document can not be refunded even if the deed is cancelled later on.

No stamp duty wont be refunded for cancellation.
