Divorce

hi , my friend in family wants divorce from his wife, but wife strongly disagrees to give him divorce. Wife is not at all good , she does not talk to her in laws , she don't do any household work. She still expect love from her husband. But my friend hates her and don't want to continue this marriage. But she is up to the point that she will never give him divorce. In this case what can my friend do?

first your friend has to think about divorce. you can not think on behalf of him.

If wife does not agree for divorce, it would be very difficult to get it. the process would be time and cost consuming.

Try to have amicable settlement to live to-gather or if not possible try for Mutual Consent Divorce.
