start an NGO, write proper grants letters to relevant corporate or donor organisations or charitable trusts.
if the need be you may get draft grant letters if not , mostly not, as you have not clearly stated how you want to use to what class of children, so you have to rightly construct your letters, and take appointments and meet the donors to help the project to succeed, after all each donor has a particular funding mechanism.
for example if we want to help the children of divorced parents, once the children become something like foot ball, naturally , we have to create a special way to help them right from child care on till they get good education to stand on their own,
today divorces have become a very common disease among couples ; no one divorcing parent knows why he or she marries.
that way unique ideas need to help the society.
