Process to purchase my grandfather land

Sir myself vijay I submit that govt given some land to my grandfather as gift with conditions not to sold or lease any other for a period of 10 years. Recently gfather passed away
And the property was not registered in the name of my g mother. Now they are facing money problems. So I am planning to purchase some part of open plot on notary is it valid. Pls guide me

Purchase of property on notarised document is not valid / legal.
Show all documents to local lawyer with terms of allotment / gift and discuss in detail.

Your father got the lsnd as a grant; it need be registered. BUt any future transaction constitutes a transfer of property which needs to be through a registered deed of conveyance.
