I want to know the benefit of Agreement done on simple stamp paper and Stamp paper with Notry.
Why we do the Notry as there are govt. seal & stamp but the Notry is done by the any of the Authorised Lawyers not any of the Courts Even while doing the Notry there is no checking of documents.
2) What is the Benefit of N.C and what is this and their uses according to IPC ?

It is similar to the uniform of a policeman. Notarised documents give two benefits first that it is presumed that the document was executed on the particular day mentioned on the document second so many seals and stamps gives it aura of authority.
Notary is licensed for the purposes of attestation of documents (meaning thereby that he has identified the person who has executed the document and signed in his presence). If the Agreement is done on Simple Stamp Paper (usually Rs.100/-) so as to cure the deficiency of stamp duty if in case the document needs registration it means that initially stamp paper was purchased against a entry then before notarization again the identity of executor/beneficiary crosschecked making the document authenticated.
N.C means non cognizable offences in which case the Duty Officer makes Daily Diary enty it has evidenciary value being a statutory document.
