unless any criminal proceeding is taken against and your presence in india is required for the same, nobody can prevent you from travelling to singapore. loan dues does not clothe the creditor with any right to prevent the debtor from travelling abroad without any order from court.

Since there is no warrant pending against you, your fear of arrest is imaginary and unfounded. .Please proceed to Singapore. Best of Luck !!!

Is there any non bailable warrant against you? if not nothing will happen.

make arrangements for payment of ur installments on time while u r away. Not to worry about being caught at airport unless warrant is pending against u. Police will not come to airport unless they r informed about ur intention to leave abroad. Dont worry.

At first instance the bank shall file suit for recovery of amount due from you.As per order 38 rule 1 of c.p.c,the bank can file a petition for your arrest as your leaving india with out discharging their debt. But you don't worry.I think there is no suit against you.But my advise is make arrengements for payment of your installments.

Meet the bank officials and apprise your financial position. You can put up a request in writing for rephasement of loan bringing in additional guarantee to the loan. This would amicably settle the issue
