"B" WAS ESCAPED .WERE SHALL A GO FOR HIS RIGHTS ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 07 August 2010
As the sons of A were minor at the time of execution of agreement for sale and if the liberty of court was not taken at that time regarding transfer of the minor's share the very agreement for sale was voidable at the option of the minor sons of A and now after attaining the majority they could file the suit for declaring the agreement as null and void one.
