Dear Sir,
I have received Cash Subsidy as per Gujarat state Inustrieal Policy 1995-2000 at 2003.
This subsidy is senctioned by DIC and which had payment direct our financial Institute GSFC.
GSFC had credited our SUBSIDY in our due intrest account not in Capital Account (Principal Account).
Sir, According to our sources GSFC should credit the Subsidy in our Principal Account.
You are requested to give your valuabele advise above matter and oblize us.

subsidy should always be credited in the principal account.what has been done your case is most improper. take up the matter with government at once. if there is no positive response file a writ before the high court.

In continuation to advice of Subramanian, I suggest you to go through the document paper/scheme of subsidy in depth wherein it might be clear in which account such subsidy shall be credited. As you have already accepted the scheme in toto so you have no option to move beyond the provisions of policy. Take the appropriate decision thereafter.

Sir, We want to take up the matter government department as our case GSFC, you are requested to give us the GR, JUDGEMENT OF COURT,etc... to convince the officer of the GSFC to avoid the writ before the High Court.
