Refusal to take documents on record!!!!!!!

Dear All,

In a consumer dispute the Presiding Officer of the Forum at the stage post filing of Written Statement on application by the Opposite Party along with the requisite document refused it to file any document (which has come in its possession subsequently)

What is the way out.

Kindly show me the path forward

To make an application to the District Forum for taking the documents on record which have come into possession of the opposite party subsequently. In case the District Forum dismisses the application, the order of dismissal can be challenged before the State Commission.
