As per TRAI's act whats the explaination for the words PREPAID AND POST PAID. a network admin have rights to keep my prepaid account in negative balance? I mean prepaid mean, the network company have to provide service for then amount which is already paid by me.. Then how can they keep my account as negative balance or minus balance? Come on experts.. We have to make a revolution with this problem. This topic may give awareness to lot of mobile phone's customers.

Do you know after recharge the excess talk time you have used in negative balance will be deducted by the mobile companies. I think it is a convenience provided by the network cos., to avoid the discontinuance of the service.

Of course rajoo sir. Its mean, if i paid any amount for the consideration of service which one the network company provided me mean, its called as post paid. Because here service first, payment is second.. But prepaid mean, if our balance amount become as zero mean automatically they have to stop our special service until our next payment know.

well friend, I dont think its a larger issue, consider a situation like you are in some sort of trouble and u need to call someone immediately and you could not talk to that person because your balance was zero and services were cut.
if some company is providing you services with negative balance then firstly its a part of company policy to bring more customers and secondly its helpful to customers too. One can pay the negative amount later with a subsequent recharge.
otherwise also if someone does not pay and buys a new no. the company goes into loss not the customer.
i dont feel there is anything revolutionary in your query.

Nice job mr.kirankumar. But no one company allowing their customer to make call on zero balance. I mean negative balance not allowed to make outgoing calls. The negative balance for any special services only like caller tunes..

For example, if i use caller tune service mean, it's service charge 1rupee per day. Monthly once they wil debit my account for 30 rupees from my account balance. In case my balance zero mean they have to stop my caller tune service. They won't stop it. Instead of that they wil allow my service on negative balance. Daily one rupees wil be increasing as minus. Twenty days they wil allow me on minus balance. Then they wil stop my special service. Then they debit the negative balance from my next recharge. Whats the necessity here.. They may stop it at the first day of zero balance.

well, if u r availing some value added service during the grace period meant for recharge then why the cell phone operator should not charge? If your contention is to be accepted then once the balance becomes zero then the cell no. shall also be barred from all future services.
if you say caller tunes are to be stopped then why not the incoming should also be stopped. Incoming during grace period is also a part of plan. there was a time when the incoming was also paid on cell phone services.
u may make a complaint or representation to the TRAI but I am not in agreement with your opinion.

Good.. Incoming calls are free for life time.. Its the basic plan to all cell phone networks. On the earlier days outgoing and incoming all are chargeable. But due to the business competition all networks announced as incoming calls are free. No relationship between special services and free incoming services. For example. Dialor tunes service not compelsory. If we need mean we can subscribe it. Without subscribe this service also the network companys giving the free incoming call service. Simple logic you not subscribe any special service. At the time if your balance zero mean, you incoming wil be stopped?.. So balance zero mean they have to be stopped the special service. I mean they have rights to stop the paid services. No rights to go negative balance. There wil be the usuall ringing tone.. Drrrrrr.... Drrrrrr....
