Dear Respective Srs.
One of my friend he is from Tamil nadu he is loving same state girl (TN).they are loving each other now they are settled in Karnataka (bangalore).
Now they want to Registerd marriage in bangalore(karnataka).is it possible??
to do registered marriage in karnataka (otherstate).
Please let me know what is the procedure for that and whaich under section it will come..

Last nativity certificate and Residential proof will be called by the Marriage Registration authorities. As such they cannot entertain registration as both the parties hail from outside the state. Better get the marriage registered in Tamil Nadu

Only one month residence at one place is requirement of the registering authority so if both of them have lived in Banglore for more than a month then there is no legal hurdle to register the marriage there.

atleast they need one month resident certificate for either one to register the marriage in that area

You mean which residentioal proof house agreement is it ok for residential proof.
OR whaich residential proof required please tell me.
