Point of Getting Stay from High Court

Will stay order by high court will be obligatory for a land lord if possession is ordered by dist coutrt and taken by the landlord before such stay order ?
i.e. stay order is recieved after executionof eviction is preformed.

You have not stated who has obtained stay and stay of what proceedings such as E.P. or Decree. Anyway for an answer for the query you asked, if stay is granted then the position of the parties will be as and when the stay was granted i.e. if possession has been taken then landlord will have possession of the property.
