Major children can make any objection or not?

Respected Experts,

“A” is father of “B”. When “B” was minor, “A” purchased some landed properties in the name of “B”. While things stands thus,”B” sold the said properties to “C” under Registered Sale deeds in the year 2002. At the time of execution of the said sale deed, the children of “B” who are majors have not signed on the said sale deed.

My question is :

Is there any possibility to make a claim by the major children of “B” against the said sold properties or not?

'B' is the owner of the property for all purposes. He has absolute right to do whatever he wants with that property, he does not require any one's permission to do so. If he had sold the property to "C" he is well within his rights and no one can object or question that action.

B was minor at the time of property purchased in his name by his father. Such property is not with in the meaning of self acquired property. The mentioned propety is absolutely ancestral property. The consent of B's children is very essential at the time of sale of the said propety,otherwise the transaction will be held null and void.

I disagree with Mr. Khaleel Ahmed. The property purchased in the name of Minor son by father is not an ancestral property. Father can gift or settle any property in favour of his children and the same becomes the sole and absolute property of the concerned person. He has all the rights of alienation and no need of his children to join in the sale of the property.

I agree with lrd Friends ,

The nature of property (i.e;- Ancestral /or/ Exclusive Property ) in the name of the B to be considered for conclusion on the issue !

I also of view of Mr. Khalil because admittedly the property was not purchase from the income of B. the property was purchased by B's father.
