Complaint for causing physical damage

Dear Sir,

I have filed a complaint against a person for beating me, please let me know what is further procedure to be done to get the police do its job correctly and also what are my rights. Pleae let me know,any other information which you think is necessary for this case.

You didn't disclose the injuries. Whether police has lodged the FIR or NCR.

is Medical done? you should made FIR against that person not of the complaint.

Yes and if the police is not registering the FIR then come to the Magistrate with a petition u/s 156(3) crpc. Talk to your local advocate.
