Once the Boy is Given in adoption and taken in adoption and in consequence of adoption the father name is changed and the Boy is recognized by all and Society and Community, as son of X and he has severed with his natural father & mother-family .

The giving adoption and taking adoption is to be proved and the documents mentioned by you are supporting the adoption . You are entitled to claim the share of Your adopted father.
