Complainant has concealed his culpability. Filed filed false complaint against other accused and mislead the investigating agency. Which is the provision to make complainant as an accused. If any Citation pl. en-light me

If the complainant has made the false statement on oath then the accused can lodge complaint u/s 340 of crpc for making perjurious statements.
