A teacher in a private (CBSE affiliated) school completed her job aprox 9 years, is she eligible for gratuity payment. If no? under what rule?
His age is aprox. 35 years
completed 9 years in his servive
resignation from her job

Congratulations. The answer to your query is 'yes' without any doubt. As per the latest amendment in the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, teachers are eligible for gratuity - even if they are serving in private schools provided there are 10 or more employees working there.
