What are the circumstances under which the Insurance Company be exnorated from total liabilty if the driver of the vehicle had no licence ? Any latest citations of Supreme court of India?

If the driver is not having valid license at the time of accident then ins., co., is not liable to pay the compensation because it amounts violation of policy conditions. So many judgements have come on this.
