Dear Sir,
Hope you will be fine
I want to open a documentations shop in Delhi to make legal documents and to sale stamp papers. I want to ask:
1. Do I need a licence from govt. to open this type of work?
2. Do I need a licence to sale stamp papers, if so, from where and how will I get that, what documents are required to apply for this type of licence and what is the fee?
I will be highly obliged if you will provide me with the detail answers

1. For documentation----trade Licence.
2. For selling stamp papers----License from Collector to become stamp vendor.

you have to apply with solvency certificate in order to become a stamp vendor. it will be called for to apply for stamp vendor by the registration department and home department of the state.
for legal documentation shop you have to apply for commercial licence from local C.T.O
