with reference of the subject,it is crystal clear that,Is any provision/an order of supreme court/high court to get relief for the applicant's plural marriage in Indian army.He has been discharged of the duty in army under provision of Army rule (3)(iii)(v)and 333(c) of regulations for the Army,1987(revised editor)

It is an offence u/s 494 I.P.C.I don't think there is any relief in any court for a person, discharge from Indian Army, becouse of plural marriage.

Plural marriage is treated as indiscipline in services rules of the Government of India, and an offence in law. No respite, except in previous marriage has already been broken by law, as legal divorce before remarriage.

It is a solid ground for termination of service.
