In the month of october 2010 Haryana Public Service commission filed post of heavy drivers in Haryana,my brother also applied for the same,but he could not succeed,videography of all driving test was done,in driving test my brother was qualified 9Videography is proog)but later on he was declared failed,CD of videography was sought under RTI act which was declined by saying that it is exempted under RTI Act.My brother and some other candidates want to file CWP before Highcourt of Haryana,kindly tell me limitation for the same,secondly can we file CWP directly before highcourt,thirdly suggest me name and mobile no. of any lawyer/s for this purpose (If permissible as per rules of LCI).Thankyou very much.
