Properety lying vacant and locked

I live in south delhi and i have constructed a kothi in faridabad, which is almost completed but some woodwork is pending. I am keeping it locked and vacant. sometimes I worry whether it is safe to keep it that way. I am not worried much about anything being stolen but can any one encroach upon it. All my property papers are with bank as I have taken loan for construction.

You better employ a security guard and post him at that place.

Culprits making encroachment don't ask for permission before making encroachment. So, better take precaution as advised by Mr. Burman.
