hi ,
my friend has a case against him under 419,420,471 and passport act.he got duplicate immigration stamp in his passport.he had been in jail for 2 months and now out on bail.he is getting an offer to work in abroad.he has a fresh passport also.is it possible for him to go out of india with the new passport?he will attend the court if he gets summon.can anyone help him?

If the court has not imposed any restriction in going abroad then he could definitely do that. In his absence his lawyer could duly represent him and he needs to be present only in certain stages of trial like evidence,statement u/ps 313 crpc etc.
