ARE THERE ANY JUDGMENTS GIVEN IN FAVOUR ONE WHO MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION IN THE COMMON AREA OF APARTMENT EVEN AFTER THE CORPORATION HAS REJECTED THEIR APPLICATION FOR REGULARIZASTION
