status of the property on the dissolution of the partnership firm the property where the partnership firm carry on business?

The property so referred to belonged to the Partnership firm till it's dissolution and would be dealt in accordance with the terms of dissolution as agreed to between the partners.

As per MOU of dissolution, register it with respective sub-registrars and enter the names in ROR.
