can house property of U/T prisoner be sold & what procedure is to be followed.
Can wife of prisoner entitle to sale house property which is self acquired of her husband

No it cannot be sold by wife, but if there is dire necessity of funds and can be raised only by selling the property then you can apply before the criminal court for permission for interim bail stating the specific reason and if granted then get a Power of Attorney registered in the name of wife and if the buyer is ready then the sale deed as appropriate. Note you have to prove the necessity of funds before the court.
