Transmission of Property

Dear Sir Kindly Assist me in this regard:
My father had the property in combined ownership with his younger brother.
My father Expired 2 yrs back without making a Will. Now the Title deed of such property is with my uncle & being uncle is not Co-operative with me , my query is how to get my name included(mutation of property) in the ownership of such property in simplest manner.

best way send the notice and include the name or suit partition from the court

Thanks allot for your advice sir,
Now filling a suit partition seems to be time taking event , however i would like to know what kind of notice needs to be sent,is that a legal notice.
