cheated by in-laws

this is about my marriage which lasted just one night.this has happened 1 & 1/2 year back.my inlaws had cheated on me.this incident had appeared in several newspapers too.in mumbai mirror it was the headline news.my so called husband was bald and as his original teeth was not at all in shape he had put false teeth to hide them.the very night he asked me for 5 lakhs,above that the jewellery given to me by them was all fake.i had filed a complain against them for divorce and the money which we had spend on this marriage.
i have not recieved my charge sheet yet. i want to file this matter at family court(bandra).will i get justice or will it be a waste of time.till now i had not taken action because 2 people had com to me for settlement but till now i have not received any money.please help me! i want justice as soon as possible

Without knowing your case in full detail, it is difficult to advise more except to ask you to fast track your cases.

Complaint cannot be filed for divorce. It is to be known where you have filed a complaint? otherwise it is not possible to advise you.
