EB service connection

agricultural land, A & B entitiled equal rights in ari. well service connection (TNEB), 3 days terms for each, now B installed separate service connection in same Agri. well without consent of A. Now A is highly affected for no sufficient water in his term days. but B used both service connection in his terms days, So what releif entitled to A?

A' can file a injunction suit against B. May be B is entitled to get separate connection.. But same time he entitled to 1/2 of the water only.. He not allowed to use entire water.. A having good merits..

if both are co- sharer in the well in the first connection than you have right to use it for the your turn and also the other cosharer is also have right to use that for the same half and if the other have installed his own well than you can not use his well if it is installed in his name separately
