Dear Saritha,

To obviate any doubt by any ignorant authority of any Government Department about the difference in your caste, if will be better if you notify through Gazette of India about the change of your name after marriage with clear specification that your original caste would not change on account of provisions of the laws pertaining to reservation. Keep copies of the said Gazette notification with you and attach wherever necessary.
