In trial of u/s 323,325 IPC applicant/injured died before frame of charge and witnesses(pw1,pw2&pw3) are hostiled and genuinus admitted.what will next proceeding and what will the judgement?

Auccsed is admitted the offence, then he will be convicted.

Yes.. No witness says against the accused mean the prosecution can't prove the offence as per charge sheet mean the accused liable to be acquittal. Even though the accused admits the fact mean he is liable to convict

Mere admission of crime by accused does nt relieve the court fr the liability to separate grain fr the chef. if no evidence against the accused thn thae court can acquit him.
