service peroid includes training period for central govt employee?/

respected sir..
can one tell me whether the central govt service peroid is from training period or from the actual date of joining into the department...Im a central govt employ..i was on training from feb 1 2010 and i have joined into the regular service from 26 march 2010..from which date my service peroid will be counted??..pls reply me.

Any training before joining service is not counted as service. Only trainings attended during service period are treated as part of service.

Just go through your appointment order sir. There will be clearly that, your date of service include the training period or its starts after completing the training period.
