Second wife rights ?

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the Day.........

I am requesting you all to give me your valuable opinion for this...

Mr.A is a married person, had a second marriage and had 2 children for second wife also and from the starting of marriage he started behaving cruely and second wife came back to her father home and started living and given a case against him for living allowance and property share for children and he is mutually agree for the property divide, but that thing he is not doing legally. now my question is what is the way to get property for second wife children? and is there any legal way to give him a legal punishment? and 3rd question what is Indian law suggest and provide empowerment for second wife to live peaceful life with children?

what has happened the first wife ?
the second wife legal heirs will get shares in father property ?
if the second wife married legally she will make DV act and Maintenance case against him ?

thanks for the concern reply....

first wife is living life with him only with her kids also, problem only for second wife only....

there is no father property for that second wife...and what about the second wife children in future?

opting a married was never an act to buy peace.only 1stone can punish not u.children
from u are illegitimate but with Right of inheritances.
