Can anyone explain,what is the importance and role of the notice in any case.

It has been made necessary to curtail the unnecessary litigation, and in some cases to make aware the opposite party before filing a suit.

Maximum it is a condition precedent what a view that the other side gets a chance to reslove the same at the earliest.

Very purpose of giving notice is to make the addressee aware of grievance of the sender and to give a chance to resolve the same.Notice is not necessary in each and every case unless warranted by law.

Go through the facts of the notice if it makes any allegation which may put you in trouble in near future and/or damage of property immediately take necessary action.
