HELLO ALL LEARNDED EXPERT
I HAVE MATTER OF IPC 498 AND STAGE OF FRAMING OF CHARGE IN THIS MATTER THERE R 4 ACCUSED BUT ONE CAN NOT FOUND THE MATTER IS ON THE WARRANT FOR THE ACCUSED WHO HAS BEEN ABSCONDED
NOW GOVERNMETN PLEADER INSTIT TO ME GIVE APPLICATION FOR THE SEPARATE TRIAL I DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED FOR THE SEPARATE TRIAL I WANT TO PROCEED FOR THE ALL ACCUSED AT THE SAME TIME WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR THE THAT PURPOSE PLS INFORM ME REGARDS

Just continue to take dates from the court.
(your client may drop you soon as you are acting agaist the right to speedy trial of your client)

Jaonodin! Observe the query minutely. His client is not insisting rather Government Pleader is asking to move application.

Anyway, if joint trial is demanded or opted then year and years may occur to finalize the matter and till then all other 3 accused shall have to face a lot of harassment by visiting court during all those years. It is not a wise step to club with the absconding accused.

The case is one, accused are four one out of them is absconding. It is seemed process of sec 82-83 Cr.P.C. pending before the court.

So anonymous the trial would not proceed until and unless the accused to whom arrest warrant is arrested.

but if declared abscond by the court then the trial wld remaind contd againt remaining accused.

so wait until he be declared absconded.
